Terms of Service
The short version, in full.
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms cover your use of Flairna: the Chrome extension, shopflairna.com, and the Flairna account that connects them. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use Flairna.
Who runs Flairna
Flairna is operated from Massachusetts, USA. “Flairna”, “we”, and “us” in these terms and the privacy notice mean the Flairna service. You can reach us at support.flairna@gmail.com.
Your account
You need an account to use Flairna. Keep your password to yourself and give accurate information. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time from the account page. You must be at least 13. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, use Flairna only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
What Flairna does, and doesn’t promise
Flairna remembers fashion products you view on supported stores, learns your taste, and suggests pieces and alternatives from other stores. Prices, stock, sizes, and product details come from product listings from third-party retailers and search providers, and can be wrong or out of date. Always check the store before you buy. Flairna doesn’t sell anything itself, isn’t party to your purchase, and isn’t responsible for a store’s products, delivery, or returns. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
Plans, trial, and billing
New accounts get Pro free for 30 days, with no card. When the month ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Pro is $4.99 a month and Max is $9.99 a month, plus any applicable tax. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Paid plans renew automatically every month and are charged to your payment method until you cancel. If you choose Pro during your free month, the first charge happens when the free month ends (or two days after you choose it, if fewer than two days remain). If you choose Max during your free month, Max starts and is charged right away. Switching between Pro and Max takes effect right away, and Stripe adjusts the charge for the rest of the month.
Before you confirm payment, Stripe shows the exact plan, recurring amount, billing frequency, first charge date, and cancellation terms. Stripe emails an acknowledgment after signup. For each monthly renewal, the billing email states the amount and charge date and links to the online cancellation method. Keep your account email current so you receive these notices.
Plan limits and included features are shown on the pricing page and may change; if a change reduces what a paid plan includes, it applies from your next billing period.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel online anytime from Manage billing on your account page, using a process at least as easy as online signup. Stripe shows when the cancellation takes effect before you confirm it, sends a confirmation, and you won’t be charged again after that effective date. Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately. Payments aren’t refunded for partial months or unused searches, except where the law requires a cancellation, cooling-off, withdrawal, or refund right. If you think you were charged by mistake, email support and we’ll look into it.
Fair use
Use Flairna for your own shopping. Don’t share your account, resell access, scrape or overload the service, get around plan limits, or use Flairna to break the law or a store’s terms. We may suspend or close accounts that do, or that put the service or other people at risk.
Your data
Your closet, history, searches, and recaps are yours. You let Flairna store and process them to run the service, as described in the privacy notice. Flairna doesn’t sell them.
Liability
Flairna is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Flairna isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for purchases you make on other sites, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid Flairna in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Flairna after that means you accept the new terms.
