What Flairna stores locally

Your captured product history, saves, explicit feedback, learned style profile, taste notes, generated recommendation history, recommendation clicks, settings, and installation credential are stored in Chrome extension storage on this device. That local copy is not synced by your Google Chrome account.

What a Flairna account stores

If you create a Flairna account, Flairna can store a copy of that profile on its API database so you can restore it on another computer after signing in and connecting the extension. Account data includes email, password hash, plan, linked extension installations, and the synced fashion profile. It does not include payment cards. Pro billing is not active yet.

What is sent for recommendations

Flairna sends information only when you choose to generate recommendations. A product-alternative request includes limited details about the current product, a preference summary, your saved taste notes, and the selected search mode. A general discovery request includes the preference summary, taste notes, and search mode without requiring a current product. The API uses an AI search provider to find candidate products and sends the ranked results back to your extension.

What Flairna does not do

Flairna does not sell your browsing history. It does not monitor general browsing outside the fashion retailer domains included in the extension. Your OpenAI or infrastructure credentials are never placed in the extension.

Your controls

You can clear product history, clear recommendation history, remove individual taste notes, correct style signals, pause tracking, sign out, or use “Delete all Flairna data” in Settings to wipe this browser. Deleting local data does not automatically delete a cloud account. Contact privacy@shopflairna.com to request account deletion during the beta.

Beta services and retention

Recommendation requests may be processed by hosting and AI service providers. Account records are stored in Flairna’s Railway database when accounts are enabled. Operational logs are designed to exclude raw browsing history and secrets.
